This community based Special Education Program provides services to children with developmental disabilities.  The program is designed to prepare students to perform skills needed to function successfully within a variety of community environments.

OTC, Our club provides a summer picnic for the Special Education s summer school (12 month) students, approx.120 students. Provide a Holiday Party in December, where each student receives a gift from our club.  Santa arrives for the younger students. For the high school students we share lunch and talk about the students future plans after graduation.
